I'm Jacques Belmont, an AI Engineer based in Porto Velho, Brazil. I'm the founder of Novagente (AI agents and business automation) and BuscaBoi (supply-chain traceability and EUDR compliance). I also build agents, RAG systems, and process automation for other teams.
My story
I started my career as a frontend engineer, building interfaces for over 7 years. Along the way, I fell deep into AI — first as a curiosity, then as a craft. Today I focus entirely on production AI: agents that actually run business processes, RAG systems teams can trust, and automation that removes real work.
I founded the Google Developer Group (GDG) chapter in my region and have been building in public ever since. That turned into companies: Novagente, which installs sector-specific AI agents and automation inside businesses, and BuscaBoi, which builds traceability and EUDR-compliance infrastructure for supply chains.
